What is not love is always fear, and nothing else.

Re-evaluation co-counseling is a peer counseling system. RC has been very helpful for a lot of people. I consider it to be a “big chunk” tool. Focusing

Focusing is a very introspective practice, almost like meditation. It is another peer-counseling system taught in a class, so you can meet others who will trade time with you. But it is not essential to have a partner to do it — you can do it alone — many do.

Eugene Gendler, founder of focusing, noticed that the clients who made the best progress in counseling were those who did not just talk but could pause, be still, and go inward to feel what was going on within. Earth foods support physical activities

When you need to do something physical and practical like wash the car, vacuum the floor, or just move your body from one place to another, try a dose of earth food: a nice big glass of carrot juice, a hit of ginger in your smoothie, garlic in your salad.  Other examples of earth foods are beets, potatoes, onions and peanuts.

Root vegetables bring you back to a practical place. They are grounding.  Too many earth foods will make you lethargic.
